TO REALLY STAY HEALTHY!
In Order to REALLY remain healthy, we should try to behave as closely to our Human nature as possible, rather than trying to make nature change for us.  Now I'm no saint, my power went out this week due to a huge storm and I was like a rat in a cage.  I could not believe how bored and useless I was.  I was so happy when it came back, I stayed up till 3am.  I'm surprised by how completely addicted I am to such an unnatural thing, electricity, yet humans have only been enjoying electricity for 100 years.  We really do not live anything like our recent ancestors, we have created such a "Jetsons", futuristic habitat yet have polluted our environment and ourselves by doing so.  Even with evolution, our bodies could never adapt to these toxins accumulated over the past 100 years.  Incidentally, paleo-anthropologists date hominids, humans, as inhabiting this planet for 3.5 million to 5 million years, and it only took us only 100 years to completely pollute it.  

When the first public Zoo opened in Vienna in 1752, the Habsburg emperors did not know what to feed the animals to keep them healthy.  They fed the animals whatever food was easiest to obtain.   Chimpanzees were fed breads and animal chows,  not fruits and vegetables. Accordingly, the Zoo Chimps aged very prematurely and suffered a variety of maladies not seen in Chimpanzees in their natural habitat.  They still occasionally lived long, but not very well at all.  Good health and longevity could only be obtained by feeding the animals their indigenous foods in the same proportion they would have in their natural habitat. 

As humans, most of us do not live in our natural habitat.  If we did, we would not need clothing, houses, heat or air-conditioning.  We would not have electricity, eye glasses, cars, refrigeration, aspirin, chairs, carpets, glass, toothpaste, shampoo or cold remedies. We would live outside in nature like every other animal on the planet.  We humans are truly living in our own self imposed Zoos.  We all just need to remember to behave like our native counterparts or else we may find ourselves sick and diseased.

If you are worried about health, premature aging or developing diseases, it seems only obvious to try to go back to HUMAN nature for a bit and consider yourself an animal,  living in an unnatural state.

DO  YOUR OWN RESEARCH!  The web is the best research tool for the layman.  You can research anything from your own home, its embarrassing to not look up every drug you take, and every manufactured item you consume!  

  

PLEASE DO:

  • Eat Healthy, ORGANIC foods, proven higher in anti-oxidants than non-organic
  • Eat plenty of cooked and uncooked vegetables
  • Eat lots of fresh, organic fruit especially blueberries, high in anti-oxidants
  • Eat lots of CURRY and a variety of spices
  • Get exercise, even just walking or good stretching in front of the TV
  • Try to fast occasionally (every animal can go days without food, its only natural)
  • Exercise your brain, do brain teasers, go a different route to work, etc...
  • Use Cast Iron cookware
  • Eat lots of Garlic
  • Seriously consider if you really need a Flu shot (it now contains Thimerisol)
  • Drink WATER, not soda
