Why did I start this site?
I AM NOT A DOCTOR AND HAVE NO MEDICAL TRAINING. I am a researcher who wanted to cure myself of MS. I started this site to hopefully help others suffering in today's world of today's maladies. I encourage anyone with a debilitating illness to use this site to point you in the right direction. Do your own research and do not blindly trust anyone, especially someone only wanting to prescribe drugs. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH; use the web which, is the best research tool of the decade! When I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in November of 2003, I was devastated. I thought I had a torn muscle or injured vertebrae, so the diagnoses came as a complete shock. No handouts or pamphlets welcoming me to the painful world of MS, just my Neurologist telling me that there are no known causes for Multiple Sclerosis and no known cures. His only encouragement was that I could possibly enjoy a less painful existence if I went on $30,000 per year, Beta Blocker drugs. The FDA has subsequently taken those drugs off the market so I'm glad I never bothered. Like most people, I had no idea what MS really was, and the whole trip home I kept thinking, "Great, they've been running those Jerry Lewis Telethons for decades and they still haven't come up with a cure for this! The party is over and my luck just ran out!" Once I arrived home, I realized that Jerry Lewis works for Muscular Dystrophy (MD) not MS. After looking at all the Rx choices, I became obsessed with finding a cure for myself and immediately began researching MS on the web. My entire adult life has been spent as a researcher, I never imagined I'd ever be researching and analyzing anything so feverishly. I worked for almost 20 years in marketing doing all types of research for major corporations.
Why am I so content? Because I was diligent and did my own research, and did not blindly believe what my non-impartial Doctor was telling me. Leonardo DaVinci personally exhumed and purchased corpses on the black market just to conduct his own research of anatomy. It seems the Doctors of today are less inclined to do research on their own, yet they are quite happy prescribing drugs, marketed by attractive Drug Representatives. Apparently drug companies now hire cheerleaders as their representatives, because selling is more important that research and results. I'd personally rather see a chemist or pharmacist as drug salesmen, versus a flirty cheerleader! As for my Multiple Sclerosis, my Neurologist had no food or diet advice, and had NEVER heard of current CURRY research or Bee venom therapy. His only advice and recommendation was that I take BEXTRA which has subsequently been taken off the market by the FDA. Apparently too many people were dying from the medication and one of the side effects is a "Sudden Fatal Skin Reaction" Now what could that mean? A fatal skin reaction sounds very, very bad indeed! I am happy because I managed to cure myself naturally and have NO residual effects of MS. This site is dedicated to the answers I uncovered about many ailments, toxins in everyday life, and prescribed drugs. I now at least understand just how short life can be and to enjoy every minute of it!
